Kid Lit Blog Hop #29

Welcome Back To The Kid Lit Blog Hop #29

Well the festive season has already begun and I am pleased to tell you I am part of a few fun giveaways this month.

First we have

Here is your chance to nab some fabulous Middle Grade Books for the holiday season.
So hop on over to Ms Pett's blog to enter and be sure to join me for my tour posts.

Watch this blog as I announce a couple more giveaways throughout the month of December.

Today I thought I would share with you our favourite festive book, movie and song.

This is Gigi's current favourite. It has all the charm of Bear Snores On with its catchy rhyme and endearing animals, so as a festive book we definitely recommend it.

Now for our favourite Festive movie.

My hub started a tradition that we watch this every year around November, to get into the spirit of things.  We haven't missed a year.

And finally, our favourite Christmas Song.

This is actually a picture from a DVD, because I couldn't find a cover image for just the song.
Gigi's playgroup will be performing this in church on our Christmas celebration service.  We just love the innocence and wonder of this song, as the little boy plays his drum for the Christ Child. After all he is the reason for the season.

Thanks for joining us on our final hop and to everyone who has chimed in on our blog throughout the year, may God Bless you and keep you and make his face to shine upon you for another year.

Welcome to the 29th Kid Lit Blog Hop. This will be our final Hop of 2013. Yes, that means we will only be hosting one Hop in the month of December, so this is the one to link into for this month. Also, we will be keeping the Linky List open for THREE weeks this time around. So, link in, have fun hopping around, and we will see you in the new year!

Happy Holidays!!

Happy Hopping everyone and enjoy the Hop!
